Kathleen Duffy

With 35 years of bookkeeping experience and continuing education, Kathleen joined the company in March, 2004. Kathleen is the financial manager, office manager and serves as Mr. Greenwood's personal assistant.  Kathleen conducts daily business transactions, special project finances, budgets, projections and payroll.

Bill Reamy

Bill became a team member in November, 2009.  Bill has several years of building maintenance experience under his belt. As one of the property managers, Bill handles the maintenance and oversees improvement projects and cleaning service on four of the Greenwood properties.

Gary Newcomb

Gary has been with the company since October, 2002 and his 25 years of construction, maintenance and real estate sales experience is invaluable. As one of the property managers, Gary is responsible for maintenance and overseeing cleaning service and property upgrades on five properties.
