Marcia Crittela
Marcia joined the company in December, 2002 as the Lease Administrator, with 25 years of business management, marketing and real estate sales experience. Marcia manages the property leasing and sales, tenant relations, multi-media marketing, building inspections, and generates reports on property conditions, lease status, marketing projections and property improvement projects.
Kathleen Duffy
Kathleen, with 35 years of bookkeeping experience and continuing education in this field, became a member of the company in March, 2004. Kathleen acts as office manager, Mr. Greenwood's personal assistant and financial manager conducting the daily business transactions, special project finances, budgets, projections and payroll.
Damien Marshall
Damien, joined the company in August, 1997 with several years of building maintenance experience. As one of the company Property Managers, Damien handles the maintenance and oversees the property improvement projects and cleaning service on four of the Greenwood properties.
Gary Newcomb
Gary has been member of the company since October, 2002 and he brings with him 25 years of construction, maintenance and real estate sales experience. In his position as one of the Property Managers, he is responsible for the property maintenance and overseeing the cleaning service and the property improvement projects on five of the company’s properties.
