northeast corner of East Jefferson Street and South Warren
Street in the city of Syracuse, County of Onondaga, New York.

Access to Interstate Routes 81 and 690 is gained via Adams

81 may also be obtained via Salina Street to Pearl Street.

lies 2 blocks north of the City Parking Garage at Harrison and
